The London office is now seeking to appoint a Director of Finance and Administration who will work closely with the Managing Partner, acting as key part of the global finance team.
- overseeing all financial aspects of office operations, including local accounting, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, tax, legal, compliance, treasury and financial systems. - managing the office environment including facilities, IT and office process -ensuring compliance with legal regulations and Company Secretarial duties - acting as an integrated member of the global finance function, participating in global/regional initiatives and incorporating them into local objectives - working closely with the London partner group, contributing to the direction and performance of the business - delivering efficient management reporting and analysis - managing and coordinating the annual and long-range planning process The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified and may have a minimum of 10 years' PQE. Crucially, you will be able to demonstrate significant management experience gained across both finance and general administration teams, ideally within a professional services/consulting environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills will be a prerequisite, along with the demonstrable ability to operate with credibility at a global level.
