Real Estate Professionals GMAC in Redding was ranked among the 10 best companies nationwide for customer service, according to a survey of 200,000 customers. The survey was conducted for Quality Service Certification Inc., a quality assurance company that caters to the real estate industry.

) rounded out the top five. “This is the first year QSC started the award, so it’s even a bigger deal.” More than 500 companies and their 30,000 real estate agents nationwide participated in the survey.

The results are based on customer satisfaction feedback from January through December 2006. “Overall we are at 98 percent customer satisfaction right now,” Domke said. Real Estate Professionals GMAC has 47 real estate agents and operates out of two offices in Redding.
