called to verify the order at which time I explained that I was only interested in the 10 day patches and only wished to pay the shipping charge. Shortly after we went on vacation and on our return I was shocked to find out that not only had we received 20 extra patches totally in 30 in all but that my credit card account had been over drawn and charged a over the limit fee. I tried several times even as late as yesterday to contact the company (Next Click Media, LLC) to inquire about this matter but as of 4/23/07 I have been unable to get an answer, it states "all circuits are busy please try later".

This is what happens everytime I call and until last evening when I got our computer out of the shop from being upgraded I emailed the company and have not yet received any answer.
I was very direct when I talked to the customer service rep. from this company that I only wanted the free 10 pack and only pay the shipping and that if I decided later on to order more I would do so.

I would like to resolve this problem without any other frustrations and receive the refund of $99.95 for the extra products for which I have been charged. Since I did not order these other patches I believe that this is a bad business practice where the customer is lead to believe that they are ordering a free procuct and being sent something they didn't order or expect.

Then the burden is on the customer to return and pay shipping and a restocking fee for something they did not order. As I stated above I will persue further legal proceedures along with contacting and filing complaints with BBB and any other consumer protection agency until this matter is resolved. I will not pay any restocking fee for shipping the extra patches back, I did not order them and they have not been opened or used.
